Do you offer online counselling? At this point in time I do not.

What type of payment do you accept? E-transfer, cash or cheque.

Are you covered by insurance? The work I do is supervised by a Clinical Psychologist, therefore many insurance plans will cover your sessions.

What is the time commitment? Everyone is different. Some people want to do a single session to heal a big life event. (I’ve seen people who experienced a car crash and children with unexplained symptoms only require one session – it’s all about establishing a “New Normal” for the nervous system.) Others prefer to commit to 4 – 6 weeks of regular sessions and others value the opportunity to dive deeply, over a longer period of time, into the wonders of who they are.
